The Semana Santa parade must have come down this street as the balconies are all draped with red materials. Yes, cars travel down this narrow alley! At least they have yellow lines indicating you can't park there. Not that it means too much as mostly we have found the Spanish take that rule under advisement and park on yellow lines when convenient.
